Multiplexing Perfect Optical Vortex for Holographic Data Storage

Holographic data storage (HDS) has emerged as a promising technology for high-capacity storage. In this study, we propose novel approach to enhance the density in HDS through multiplexing perfect optical vortex (POV) hologram. By utilizing orthogonality property of POV, different POV-recording holograms can be multiplexed store multiple pages within single Compared with conventional vortex, better POV proof-of-principle experiments is demonstrated. For POV-multiplexing hologram six pages, each one reconstructed successfully. addition, investigate impact axicon periods and numbers on performance. Our results reveal that an appropriate selection crucial balance bit error rate (BER). The proposed offers valuable solution achieving high-density secure holographic systems.
